Richa is an Analyst at Alteria Capital and works with the deal team, providing support in due diligence, deal closure and portfolio monitoring.

Prior to joining Alteria, Richa worked at Quest Profin Advisors, a boutique investment bank based out of Mumbai where she has facilitated financial due diligence for various transactions, coordinated client-investor communications, and built strong relationships with private equity and venture capital funds. Previously, Richa worked with BDO India, where she contributed to the valuation of portfolio companies of various PE & VC Funds, developed valuation models, and supported high-value transactions, including corporate demergers and fundraises.

Richa holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Finance from NMIMS University, Mumbai. She enjoys playing table tennis and watching lawn tennis.
