Richika is a Senior Associate at Alteria Capital in the investment team. She is primarily involved in deal origination, due diligence, credit underwriting, and disbursement and portfolio monitoring.

Prior to joining Alteria, Richika spent more than three years as a valuation specialist with Deloitte Financial Advisory, interacting with clients in the UK and the Netherlands.

Richika earned her BBA from NMIMS, Mumbai and has passed all three levels of CFA.
She enjoys dancing, kayaking, and reading about psychology in her free time. She also enjoys watching F1 as a hobby.
