Salil is an Investment Associate at Alteria Capital, where he works on deal origination, evaluation, and portfolio management, with a particular focus on early-stage consumer companies. Before joining Alteria Capital, Salil was a Senior Associate with EY in the financial due diligence team, advising private equity and strategic investors on mergers and acquisitions across consumer, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors.

He completed his CA apprenticeship at PwC in the Assurance practice where he led audits for both public and private companies in manufacturing and petrochemical sectors. Salil is a Chartered Accountant with an All India Rank 46 (CA – IPCC), and has passed all three levels of the CFA program.

He has also completed his B.Com from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. He loves to swim whenever he gets the chance and is an avid sports enthusiast with a keen interest in football and F1.
