Dhairen is Vice President at Alteria Capital. He works with the transaction team to support origination, due diligence, credit underwriting, and closure of new debt transactions as well as portfolio monitoring. Dhairen also assists with building the firm’s early engagement with entrepreneurs and startups prior to venture funding.
Prior to joining Alteria Capital, Dhairen was a part of the treasury and strategy team at APAC Financial Services, a startup NBFC, where he worked with the core founding team on raising capital, lending to FIs and strategy across business areas. Before APAC, Dhairen did his CA industrial training with SBI Mutual Fund, where he worked with the investment teams across AIFs focused on special situations and long only equity strategy.
Dhairen is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and did his B.Com. from HR College. He enjoys reading, watching movies/tv shows/football and playing badminton.
