Divtesh works as an Associate at Alteria Capital. He works with the deal team, providing support in due diligence, credit underwriting, closure of new transactions, and portfolio support. He is actively involved in engaging with early-stage founders, assisting in building the firm’s pipeline.
Prior to his stint at Alteria, Divtesh worked with the Founder’s Office at Camp K12, assisting the company in its 0-1 journey across the Americas. Before that, he interned with the ECM investment banking team at ICICI Securities, working on a host of transactions ranging from QIPs, OFS, FPOs, etc.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Management Studies from The University of Delhi, Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, and is an FRM Level 2 candidate. He covers the creator economy and consumer services at Alteria. Always down for a long trek, cycling brevets, and good Asian food.
