Yash is a Senior Associate at Alteria Capital where he assists in deal diligence, structuring and closure of transactions. He is also responsible for portfolio monitoring and maintaining credit quality through consistent checks on business performance and continuous engagements with founders. Yash also assists with building the firm’s early engagement with entrepreneurs and startups prior to venture funding.
Prior to joining Alteria Capital, Yash worked with InnoVen Capital in a similar role. Before that, he was associated with Edelweiss Distressed Asset Fund where he assisted in evaluation of investment in stressed companies and building turnaround strategies and assisting the management for revival of the company. Before that he worked with BMR Advisors where he assisted in international tax transaction advisory assignments.
Yash is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) by qualification and a Bachelors in Commerce with distinction from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai University. In his free time, Yash likes to play sports such as squash, read about stock markets, travel to new places, watch movies and play poker.
